fontconfig currently cannot be cross built automatically, because its
Build-Depends are not satisfiable. This is due to its binutils
dependency, which needs cross translation. Fortunately, this dependency
is no longer needed as it is satisfied in oldstable already, so it can
simply be dropped. Please do so.
