libmpdec-dev lists libjs-sphinxdoc in its Depends. For this reason,
libmpdec-dev is not installable for non-native architectures and
python3.4 cannot be cross built.
Please mark libjs-sphinxdoc Multi-Arch: foreign to solve this problem.
The package can safely be marked M-A:foreign, because it is already
Arch:all, has no maintainer scripts and its dependencies do not expose
the native architecture either.
