The long description of libmodule-install-rtx-perl reads as:

This Module::Install extension implements several functions for installing RT
extensions:

and does finish with a colon ":".
p.s.: I do not have a better suggestion at hand right now, but my gut
feeling would be that the long description is right now a bit
terse for an user searching for it to understand if I need the
package or not? Might the description be expanded a bit?
