Hi,
I’m occasionally getting eMails like this…
│Subject: Anacron job 'cron.daily' on $host
│
│/etc/cron.daily/logrotate:
│gzip: stdin: file size changed while zipping
… and looked through all the logrotate.conf/logrotate.d files,
noting that inetutils-syslogd and apt are missing the delaycompress
option, so inetutils-syslogd is the likely culprit for this.
Please add that option, so that syslog entries made during the
logrotate run are not lost.
