Although I checked with bash, as I'm currently using fish it seems like
an issue with fish.
I realized changing to bash isn't enough and I need to set bash as
standard shell.

> /home/martin > chsh -s (which bash)
> /home/martin > su
> root@schlepptop:/home/martin# apt-get purge flashplugin-nonfree 
> Paketlisten werden gelesen... Fertig
> Abhängigkeitsbaum wird aufgebaut.       
> Statusinformationen werden eingelesen.... Fertig
> Die folgenden Pakete werden ENTFERNT:
>   flashplugin-nonfree*
