The obvious way to do this is to add them to the account under account settings->outgoing smtp server->advanced. This lets you add multiple servers and select one as default.
Nice, except it doesn't work. If there is more than 1 server, sending mail always tries to use the first server, even if another is selected as default. The only way to switch is to delete all but one server.
