Hi Martin, I've proceeded some towards a Hovercraft package.
A package of python3-svg.path is ready to get available [1] but unfortunately Hovercraft also needs a package of Watchdog for running [2]. The test suite also depends on Manuel [3] which doesn't exist as a package either (not even WNPP as far as I can see it). But I'll svn-inject soon what builds so far ...
