Package: udev
Version: 215-10
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

moving from wheezy to jessie I found out that the symbolic link
/dev/root will not be created anymore.
With wheezy it pointed to the actual root block device.
In wheezy the script /lib/udev/write_dev_root_rule was responsible for
creating /dev/root. However this script is no longer present.

Please provide the link generation again.
