if the issue is happen with one single account please create a new profile which holds only this one account. You get two things by this, test out if it is a problem with the other profile and debugging is becomming much easier. If you have a hugh amount of mails in the Sent folder please try out to reduce them. In the past there those several people that reported issues with Icedove and really big folders. PS: I have looked into the private sent mail with the log, but I can't see a hook which is telling why icedove binary is segfaulting.
