You are right.Sorry for the trouble. Somewhere I read that i just need to insstall wine-bin:i386 . Now I installed wine:i386 and everything is working fine. Thank you very much for your time.

Are you sure you have the wine package installed, or do you just have the wine32 package installed directly? The wine package is what provides /usr/bin/wine. The wine package depends on wine64 or wine32, so it will install the correct one automatically. To install 32-bit wine, run "sudo apt-get install wine:i386".
