I try to document each step. All i can say now: I used the http://ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de/debian/dists/jessie/main/installer-amd64/current/images/netboot/mini.iso and did a expert install. I will install the same way a minimal kde and install clamav+clamav-daemon first and only using apper. If it fails i try the same using aptitude.
