OpenJDK 8 still does not work with icedtea-7-plugin, If one installs OpenJDK 8 and then tries to install icedtea-7-plugin the plugin will pull in OpenJDK7 which we do not want.
Still waiting for a fix for this and/or an icedtea-8-plugin, since OpenJdk7 will not be updated after April this sort of important.
