Bug#775401: Attach/Replace additional SAS disk udev won't create block device

Hi Marco, 
   It can be that my expectations are wrong. In that case could you please 
point me to whom/where I should point this issue.  Just FYI, I've attached 2 
SATA disks to this system approx. 2 months ago with no issues and they were 
recognised  Many thanks in advance!
