These and many more are not shipped. See also notes in debian/rules.

Someone would have to investigate how the integrate with the rest of
Debian. For example we don't ship login-related utilities from
util-linux in Debian, because they are shipped by src:shadow.
Should we be shipping only lslogins from util-linux? Should we
start a discussion with shadow maintainers about deprecating that
implementation and moving over to the same implementation used by
all other (non-Debian-derived) distributions to benefit from their
bugfixing work? etc...

Please feel free to volunteer sorting out the details on why/if they
should be added.
