Hi, Thanks for reporting this. Is said unofficial package available somewhere, or are you able to produce a small test for it? As it is, the code has changed quite a bit since 2.5.22 and 2.5.30 (current). I suspect it has been fixed, but without a test I have no way of asserting it. If it has been fixed, you will have to file a bug in Ubuntu for getting the fix backported into the relevant ubuntu release.
