Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?

when running argonaut client i found that it didn't detect correctly the 
perl json rpc  library to load

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

we (upstream) created a patch to fix the issue

   * What was the outcome of this action?

it work as expected after the patch was applied
