Package: live-build
Version: 4.0.4-1

I have found three bugs in the output of kernel parameters for
grub/grub2 bootloader menu creation:
1) User supplied kernel parameters are inserted after, instead of
before, the 'quiet' (d-i?) parameter in grub/grub2 install bootloader
menu creation.
2) For grub2, the quiet parameter is excluded from the rescue menu
entries instead of the expert entries.
3) The '--' delimiter which should be placed just before the final
'quiet' parameter is missing from grub/grub2 menu entries.

A fourth bug, requiring a change from '--' to '---' has been reported
separately (#775128), and should be applied after the patches for these.

Patches to be submitted shortly, just got to try and test them.
