Package: upgrade-reports
Severity: normal

-- System Information:
Debian Release: 8.0
  APT prefers testing-updates
  APT policy: (500, 'testing-updates'), (500, 'testing')
Architecture: amd64 (x86_64)

Kernel: Linux 3.14-2-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU cores)
Locale: LANG=de_DE.utf8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8)
Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash
Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system)

Gfx:
Asus NVIDIA GeForce GTX750TI
+ nouveau driver
Board:
Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 + AMD FX8350

Problem:
When dist-upgrading 3.14-2-amd64 to 3.16.0-4-amd64 grafik mode is locked to
either 640x480 or 800x600 on DVI with ugly pixelation.
By trying to configure a higher resolution, only HDMI-Port works with 1024x768
(also pixelated). Chars are almost unreadable.
One problem seems to be missing ability to read out monitor data.
Reboot with old kernel works around that issue (Resolution 1920x1400).
