The package built successfully and passed the contamination checker. So
I uploaded it.
A debdiff for the new version ( 11.1-1+rpi1 ) should appear soon at
https://debdiffs.raspbian.org/main/liba/libav/
Note: I have not tested if the resulting packages actually work (I see
no reason to suspect they wouldn't though)
