So did you now completely remove it because i am not able to enable it even when i compile the sources.

I did the following and it still can not execute any arguments with dont_blame_nrpe set:

apt-get source nagios-nrpe-server
apt-get install libssl-dev dpatch debhelper libwrap0-dev autotools-dev build-essential
ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libssl.so /usr/lib/libssl.so
./configure --enable-command-args
make all
dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot
dpkg -i nagios-nrpe-server_2.15-1_amd64.deb
