Source: modem-manager-gui
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

I believe there is a dependency problem with modem-manager-gui in
debian/testing.

Problem: The repo is telling, that modem-manager-gui requires wader-core in
version 0.5.12-1.
But the latest version is 0.5.10.

I am wondering, why wader-core is in he repo of stable, NOT in testing, but
again in unstable (the needed version 0.5.12).

Due to this, modem-manager-gui cannot be installed, if I must(!) use wader-core.
Using modemmanager instead, leads to a dbus crash. So this cannot be used, too.

My suggestions:

1. Either change the dependency of meodem-manager-gui to wader-core 0.5.10 or
2. add wader-core 0.5.12 from unstable to testing

Thank you very much for any help. Please feel free to ask for further
information. If this is patched, I will be happy, to test and report the
results.

Best

Hans
