I can confirm that reboot definitely is *not* in the dialog, at least not as triggered by the normal user menu from the panel (User -> Shutdown) -- and there is no "Reboot" entry in the user menu itself. BTW, I'm on unstable, but it currently has the same gnome-flashback version than testing. > Suspend/Hilbernate is available in 3.14.0-1, which won't make it into Jessie.
