Dear Maintainer,
Trying to build a development branch of matplotlib, I got the following errors
from libpng-12

building 'matplotlib._png' extension
x86_64-linux-gnu-gcc -pthread -DNDEBUG -g -fwrapv -O2 -Wall

-I/usr/local/include -I/usr/include -I. -I/usr/include/python2.7 -c
src/_png.cpp -o build/temp.linux-x86_64-2.7/src/_png.o

            __dont__ include it again.;
            ^
error: command 'x86_64-linux-gnu-gcc' failed with exit status 1

I built matplotlib successfully during the summer, but since then I have a new
computer.
Both old and new computers ran/run jessie amd64.
