I know, I know, I use adequate too... Thanks. As strangely as it may sound
this is intentional -- I'm deliberately not installing empty conffile but
symlink is preserved in case one decides to put something there... I'm not
sure what would be best to do about it. I'll be looking into this again when
I'll be packaging new version, which is already on review with Mozilla.
