Package: signing-party Version: 1.1.11-1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
When generating paper slips with gpg-key2latex and specifying a somewhat large QR code, the generated QR code does not have the 4 module wide quiet zone that is required by the QR specification (specifically I'm looking at NEN-ISO/IEC 18004:2006 section 5.3.7). When quickly browsing through the source, it appears a zero quiet zone is explicitly specified with the qrencode option -m0. For small QR codes, that might work out due to the size of the surrounding text (I didn't check), but when looking at the result of: $ gpg-key2latex --show-qrcode --attr-height 10 0xDE500B3E I noticed that the quiet zone is only about 2 modules, and that's assuming you cut it exactly at the lines. My phone had no problem scanning the picture even on a starkly contrasting background, but it's not according to spec, so I wonder why the option -m0 is specified in the first place? By the way, the reportbug-generated dependency versions below seem to have a little multiarch related bug; the version of my python:any package is 2.7.8-1 (amd64 arch). Thank you for your work on this package.
