This was never supposed to work in the first place, but before I explain
why, make sure you have ip forwarding enabled.

cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf/all/forwarding

must return "1".


I will also reply with the long explanation of why your network addressing
is broken and not supposed to work.
