* What led up to the situation? after executing apt-get install phppgadmin
it installed a bug that started removing everything from my pc
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)? i just did the ctrl c comand
* What was the outcome of this action? it effectively stopped the
bug but it was too late
