Good point. This was originally a patch to fix gfortran and nobble D
build because otherwise libphobos problems meant it caused the build
to break. They should be fixed in gcc itself. The fortran fix now has
been, and I think libphobos maybe has been too.

Clearly using the nolang option (which we already do for other langs)
is much more flexible. I have switched to this already in a newer
branch, and will do so here too.
