Is this problem still present with the youtube-dl package from unstable?
Unfortunately, not being in the UK and given that many things that the BBC
produces are blocked for those not from the UK, I don't have any way to test
if this is still present or not (and you didn't provide me with an URL
also).
If this is OK with the version in sid/unstable, then we can close this bug.
