Do we not also want them to link sigpwr.target to halt.target to make
sure lxc-stop does not end up SIGKILL'ing systemd? And disabling udev
would probably be a good idea as well (although it is usually a no-op
IME in containers).
Also, would you kindly consider also picking this related patch [0] and
the one preceding it?
