Package: nginx-common
Version: 1.2.1-2.2+wheezy3
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

Have nginx installed but init.d startup scripts removed:

update-rc.d nginx remove

Last update did introduce changes of the init.d files which lead to
reenabeling the startup scripts.
You can reproduce this with:

dpkg-reconfigure nginx-common

This led to a race condition between the installed and configured
apache2 and nginx on startup and as nginx was faster in occupying port
80 apache2 did not start.
As it happened only after a reboot one month after the update it was/is
by far obvious that the update of nginx does cause the problem.
