Currently, on an unstable system, with coreutils (5.93-5), glibc-doc (2.3.5-8.1), and info (4.8-2) installed, "info <prog>" for any program in coreutils gives a man page (which tells you to run "info <prog>") instead of an info page. "info coreutils <prog>" brings up the coreutils page, except for the cases such as "pr" and "who" brought up earlier in this bug log.
This is a dpkg bug (install-info is in the dpkg package) because coreutils is using new syntax that install-info doesn't understand. A fix is hopefully pending in dpkg. Mike Stone -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
