While this is ultimately a bug in adduser/addgroup [1], I guess it's
fine if we just drop the --quiet flag for the addgroup calls in
systemd.postinst and udev.postinst as long as [1] is unfixed.

I'd keep the --quiet flag for the adduser calls though, since otherwise
we (again) have the problem that adduser complains loudly about the
non-existing home directories, which was the reason for adding --quiet
in the first place (and I added it to addgroup for consistencies sake).
