In the last two uploads, test064-constraint has failed the first time on
one arch and succeeded on the second try:

I assumed the mipsel failure was caused by the buildd being either busy
or simply too slow, but the armhf builder was definitely quiet at the
time, and should be fast enough, so I'm wondering whether there might be
some other cause.
