Package: ethereal
Version: 0.10.12-6
Severity: normal

I was dissecting some stupid frames I created myself, and accidentally had a
zero-length information element of type 1 (supported rates). I've exported
it to ascii so you can see what's happening:

    Tagged parameters (12 bytes)
        SSID parameter set: "AIBONET"
Tag Number: 0 (SSID parameter set)
            Tag length: 7
            Tag interpretation: AIBONET
        Supported Rates: ^O<EA><F8>T^?<U+060B>^P^O <89>^L^PmŪ
            Tag Number: 1 (Supported Rates)
            Tag length: 0
            Tag interpretation: Supported rates:
\017\352\370T\177\330\213\020\017 \211\f\020m\333\240 [Mbit/sec]

The corresponding packet bytes are:
0030 00 07 41 49 42 4f 4e 45 54 01 .......AIBONET.
0040 00 .
