Attempt to access host floppy /dev/fd0.

"qemu-system-i386 -fda /dev/fd0 ..." fails.
* What was the outcome of this action?
Host floppy /dev/fd0 can not be used by qemu-system-i386.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
/dev/fd0 should work as well as a floppy image file as in "-fda
/home/peter/MyDisketteImage".
