Dear Maintainer,

>From the intial start of zim, the window of adding a page or subpage keeps

Closing and restarting Zim didn't sovle this issue, neither did adding pages in 
other parts of the page tree.
It might be worth noting that it concerns a Notebook originally created with an 
older version of Zim.
