Doing a "cdebootstrap -f standard jessie testdir" we have some unneeded
packages installed:
libssl1.0.0
libsigc++-2.0-0c2a
libboost-iostreams1.55.0
They should be downgraded to standard or optional, since no other
important packages depend on them.
See #592889 for the same issue when we released squeeze.
