Hello, Stopping cgmanager didn't help, however I was able to figure it out. I had to enable: $ tail -5 /etc/default/libvirtd # Whether to mount a systemd like cgroup layout (only # useful when not running systemd) mount_cgroups=yes # Which cgroups to mount cgroups="cpu cpuacct cpuset devices freezer net_cls net_prio blkio perf_event memory" This needs to be done if init isn't systemd (i.e. when using systemd-shim).
