The more I think about this the more I think we shouldn't be doing an
automatic fstrim at all.  The process involves filling the whole drive
with a dummy file to claim all of the free space so it can be trimmed,
and that really is something you should only be doing manually when
you know the machine is idle.  If this goes off on a busy server you
can end up doing nasty things like dropping logs and or worse due to
the temporary lack of free disk space.
