Source: blt
Severity: serious
Justification: Policy 2.3

Dear Maintainer,

The blt source package currently includes files

library/dd_protocols/dd-color.tcl
library/dd_protocols/dd-file.tcl
library/dd_protocols/dd-number.tcl
library/dd_protocols/dd-text.tcl

with the following copyright information:

Copyright (c) 1993 AT&T All Rights Reserved

Theere's nothing in the files which would indicate that they are free
software. It makes the blt package non-distributable.

But since these files aren't essential for the binary package
(they are basically examples which users can live without,
there's a single reference found for the functions defined in them:
see [1]), I think we can just repackage the sources removing these files
and code in makefiles which installs them).

    "dd_send_text")
