Bug#769387: Acknowledgement (random segfaults error 14 in libaudit.so.1.0.0)

i think this is related to 
/usr/lib/openvpn/openvpn-plugin-auth-pam.so
 
i'm using that with the plugin directive:
plugin /usr/lib/openvpn/openvpn-plugin-auth-pam.so openvpn
and it is linked to libaudit.so
libaudit.so.1 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libaudit.so.1 (0x00007f7823612000)
 
not sure what is causing it though and how to fix it, it doesn't happen all the 
time
