There's no changelog from 0.80.2 to 0.81 because there never was a 0.80.2 release at all. The existence of such a thing was made up by the Debian maintainer when they packaged a 0.81 release candidate. So the meaningful upstream changelog here is 0.80 to 0.81. The changes from 0.80_2 (the release candidate) to 0.81 (the final release) are in upstream's svn.
