Sure, it is pretty low prio on my long todo. Feel free to prepare an
NMU and upload to experimental, or if you cannot/want to upload,
attach debdiff.
Since I'm not a debian developer I can't do a NMU.
Anyway, all 3 hppa patches are now in your bugreports at:

and I've sent them upstream as well.
Just go ahead with a new package to experimental whenever you find time.
