Please update to the latest version in jessie (i.e. 215-5)

Then boot with systemd.log_level=debug on the kernel command line and
then include the output of

systemd-analyze dump
journalctl -al

Please also attach your network configuration (e.g.
/etc/network/interface, if you use ifupdown) and your /etc/fstab.
