So it was mentioned that our xserver-xorg-video-intel package in unstable
is just too old to support DP MST.
Fortunately new version is available in experimental and it works for me!:
xserver-xorg-video-intel 2:2.99.916-1~exp1
It's a bit interesting. If I boot and load X11 while laptop is undocked,
xrandr will show only internal laptop connectors. Other ports will be
populated once laptop is docked. And they will stay forever
Not checked with multiple external displays. But internal laptop screen
plus one external monitor are working as expected.
So I'm considering this as fixed for me by using package from
experimental. But it'll be cool to have MST support in jessie. As far as I
understand it's pretty common now...
