That's exactly what is described on top of the logfile:

# Partial distribution upgrade
# * install wheezy: python-pywbem (0.7.0-4)
# * pick jessie: sblim-wbemcli (1.6.2-8)

No. Please read the Policy. 7.3, 7.4, 7.6, Footnote 53

Breaks: python-pywbem (<< 0.8.0~dev650-1~)
Replaces: python-pywbem (<< 0.8.0~dev650-1~)

(assuming the renaming happened in 0.8.0~dev650-1)
