This is *not* a bug. trustedqsl 2.0.3 *requires* (among other things) the version of wxwidgets that is in *testing*, it's hardly surprising that it doesn't work on a wheezy (stable) system. If you must have an up to date trustedqsl then you need to build a backported version with *all* of it's dependencies backported as well.
