where did you get the idea of approval? the version should be 3.0.1-1+deb7u1, not -2 and be a bit more elaborate in the changelog entry Add Conflicts/Replaces: mybashburn to resolve a file conflict. mybashburn from squeeze has been superseded by bashburn in wheezy, but both used the same manpage.
