It's team maintained and I'll care for RC bugs. However, as I said I have no perosnal interest and the version currently in testing is RC bug free. I simply wanted to fix all other bugs before a stable release and I started to do it a bit late. My argument was just that my interest is low enough that I could perfectly live with the non-RC buggy version in testing instead of keeping several people (including me) busy.
